Giveaway Terms & Conditions

General

  1. The following terms and conditions apply to the ‘Guitar giveaway’ campaign, which is organised by Stichting MARCH, based in Breda at Heuvelplein 259, 4812PE Breda, hereinafter referred to as ‘MARCH’.
  2. The Promotion starts on September 18, 2023 and closes on November 24, 2023
  3. Participation takes place by (i) following the @marchofficial Instagram or Facebook account, (ii) sharing the post announcing this giveaway in your stories on the relevant platform and (iii) tagging the @marchofficial account OR (iv) buying a physical copy of the album, be it through pre-order in the Out of Vogue webshop, the MARCH webshop or at the merch table. Participation is complete once conditions i + ii + iii OR iv have been met. 
  4. Participants who’ve ordered a physical copy of the album will get a double chance to win
  5. Winner will be chosen at random on November 25th, 2023

Selection criteria

  1. Participant is aged 18 years or older
  2. Participation must be done using your own registered Instagram or Facebook account
  3. There is no entry fee to enter this competition. Only one entry is allowed per user per Contest. Participants found cheating (for instance, creating shell/fake social media accounts to take part in the Giveaway will be disqualified immediately
  4. Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of the Giveaway. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with and subject to these terms and conditions. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid. MARCH reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of the Giveaway at any time without prior notice

Designation of the winner

  1. Entries will be selected at random based on the fulfilment of the criteria of the Giveaway
  2. Prize winners will be notified via e-mail and may be required to provide their personal details for the purposes of identity verification and/or prize collection
  3. Should the winner be unreachable or non-responsive, MARCH reserves the right to award the prize to a replacement winner or forfeit the prize.
  4. In the event of a dispute, the winner’s right is subject to the judgment and final decision of MARCH. MARCH’s decision is final and no correspondence will be considered

Prize

  1. Prize: 1x Epiphone Les Paul Junior
  2. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  3. The prize will be shipped worldwide.

Publication & privacy

  1. Data will be processed in accordance with the marchofficial.com Privacy Notice.
  2. It is a condition of entry that the winner consents to the publication of their name and social media platform identifier (in the format of username, profile, comments they they posted) on the relevant social media platforms for publicity purposes.

Liability

  1. MARCH and/or any third parties engaged by it shall not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading/uploading any materials in connection with the Giveaway.
  2. Participants acknowledge that the promotion is at their own risk. (Any cost associated with entering the Contest is the participant’s responsibility)

MARCH will take questions or complaints about the Giveaway, and will contact you about the settlement. If your complaint is not dealt with to your satisfaction and you feel that this promotion does not comply with the Promotional Games of Chance Code of Conduct 2014, you can submit a written complaint to:

Final provisions

  1. All intellectual property rights relating to this action, including all texts and images published by MARCH, belong to MARCH
  2. These conditions of action can be accessed via MARCH’s website
  3. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to this promotion will be submitted to the court in Breda
